Vladimir Kataev and Olga Galakhova are speakers at the 2010 International Chekhov Conference, "Chekhov on Stage and Page," and both have written about Anton Chekhov's work. Kataev, a literature critic, is the author of a book about Chekhov for a general audience, and teaches at Moscow State University. Galakhova is a theater critic who often writes about Chekhov's plays. Angela Brintlinger is the organizer of the Chekhov conference, and she acts as an English-Russian translator for this program.
