State Reps. Thomas West (D-Canton) and Phil Plummer (R-Dayton) address new bipartisan legislation to implement mandatory recordings of suspect interrogations statewide for some the most serious crimes, such as homicide and sexual assault cases. The bill seeks to play an important role in enhancing transparency and accuracy in Ohio's criminal justice system.
