State Reps. Michele Grim (D-Toledo) and Rep. Munira Abdullahi (D-Columbus) introduce the Junk Fee Elimination Act.

Under current law, businesses are allowed to advertise a price for a good or service that does not include all mandatory fees and charges. The Junk Fee Elimination Act will require that businesses disclose all fees.
