State Representatives Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) and Adam Mathews (R-Lebanon) announce legislation to abolish the use of state funds to end the life of Ohioans. The first-of-its-kind bill will abolish the death penalty, prohibit the use of state funds for assisted suicide, and clarify the state's prohibition against the use of state funds for abortion.
