As required by Ohio law, the Ballot Board met to determine whether a proposed initiated statute regarding clean energy consists of only one proposed law. The Ballot Board has 10 days from the date the certification is received from the Attorney General to complete this task.
Members of the Ballot Board include: Secretary of State Jon Husted, chair; Mark Griffin, vice chair; State Senator Bill Coley; State Senator Nina Turner; and William N. Morgan. Senator Coley was sworn in as a member during this meeting, replacing Senate President Keith Faber.
