As required by Ohio law, the Ballot Board met to determine whether a proposed constitutional amendment regarding clean energy consists of more than one amendment. The Ballot Board has 10 days from the date the certification is received from the attorney general to complete this task.
Secretary of State Jon Husted serves as chair of the Ohio Ballot Board and oversees the board's proceedings. Other members of the Ballot Board include: Fred Strahorn, Vice Chair; State Senator Keith Faber; Mark Griffin; and William N. Morgan. Ballot Board meetings are open to the public.
