Ohio Governor Mike DeWine will sign House Bill 377 tomorrow, a measure that will provide $500 million to establish the Appalachian Community Grant Program. The program will fund infrastructure and workforce development projects as well as investments in school and community health care services for the Appalachian region of Ohio.
