Description
We're talking about a First Amendment case before the U.S. Supreme Court that could reshape how politicians communicate with major social media companies.

During oral arguments Monday, a majority of justices seemed skeptical about two Republican states' concerns the Biden administration had that led to rulings at the lower court level.

The case has far-reaching implications for government communications on issues such as public health, national security and elections.

Reddit will be making its public debut as a stock on Thursday.

The company says it wants to reward users by letting them buy into the company's public listing.

But users and moderators are balking over that plan and others meant to raise money.

For all of the Keurig users: single use plastics have been a concern for Keurig. What is Keurig planning to do to fix the issue?

Guests:

Cat Zakrzewski, National Technology Policy Reporter, The Washington Post
Robert Peck, Contributor, WIRED
Russell Holly, Managing Editor for Commerce, CNET
