WPTD's Ohio Election Forum 2008 - Foreign Policy, The Iraq War and National Security
The Dayton Daily News, WMUB-FM, and ThinkTV host this forum to discuss the Iraq war and foreign policy in relation to the Nov. 4 election.
Panelists include:
- Keith Maupin: Father of Sgt. Matt Maupin, of Clermont County, who was captured in Iraq and killed.
- Paul Schroeder: Schroeder and his wife Rosemary Palmer are co-founders of the web site Families of the Fallen for Change. Their son Edward August "Augie" Schroeder was one of 14 Marines killed by a roadside bomb near Haditha, Iraq.
- Paul Hackett: Iraq war veteran who ran for Congress in Ohio's 2nd district in 2005.
- Adeed Dawisha: Professor of Political Science at Miami University and a native of Iraq.
