ROUNDTABLE SEGMENT: The numbers of babies born too early have been rising for the last 30 years, and many of those premature babies die or are doomed to lifelong health problems. The March of Dimes Ohio has recruited lawmakers and health experts to create what it's calling the Ohio Prematurity Caucus to increase awareness about premature births.
