HEADLINES: Federal help for flood damage in northeast Ohio. Governor's race is on its way to be the most expensive in Ohio history. Thieves stole nearly 42,000 cars in Ohio last year. The Ohio Council of Churches says it's concerned about the Learn and Earn constitutional amendment.
