The State of Ohio - Electonic Games

HEADLINES: Lawmakers are proposing a change to the ten year old crime victim's bill of rights. Sen. Steve Stivers and Rep. Kevin Bacon want to require that victims of violent crime be automatically notified of parole hearings for their attackers. Kenneth Richey, a US British citizen who was on Ohio's death row, is now waiting for a new trial. A new set of restrictions limiting shipments from large wineries into Ohio took effect this week.

ROUNDTABLE SEGMENT: The issue of games of skill versus games of chance is back on track in the legislature. Attorney General Marc Dann, who has been cracking down on electronic games this summer, and Charlie Ruma, whose racetrack Beulah Park has installed these machines, are in the studio for the first time together to talk about the issue.
