The State of Ohio - Campaign Season; Geocaching

HEADLINES: If the first week of the game is any indication, the Ohio Lottery says Keno will pay off for the state and the Strickland administration. An Ohio killer facing execution in October says he can't be put to death - because he's too fat. Gov. Strickland is teaming up Republican leaders again, this time to fight a possible ballot issue on the new payday lending law.

ROUNDTABLE SEGMENT: It may seem like this presidential campaign has been going on forever, but things should really start warming up soon. Here to preview the fall campaign are the chair of the Ohio Democratic Party, Rep. Chris Redfern, and the deputy director of the Ohio Republican Party, Kevin DeWine.

FEATURE SEGMENT: In a fast-paced high-tech society, some good old outdoor activities just no longer have an appeal for some. But a craze that started in the tech- and health-obsessed Pacific Northwest in 2000 has now spread to Ohio, and the state's historical sites are getting in on it. There's treasure hidden out at Flint Ridge in Licking County east of Columbus. Hunters can find it through geocaching. Todd Tucky with the Ohio Historical Society says geocaching uses the internet and GPS devices and the time-tested method of getting on the ground and looking around.
