The Ohio House and Senate are far apart on a fix for the EdChoice voucher program, which allows students at poor performing schools to leave with a voucher for private school. Without action, more than 1,200 schools would be eligible next school year, nearly triple the number last year. House Speaker Larry Householder says the vouchers should be tied to financial need instead of state report cards. We'll discuss on The Sound of Ideas. Then, the decennial count of American citizens begins in earnest next month. We'll discuss why the U.S. Census is so important and efforts being made to assure an accurate count. Plus, a Science Cafe conversation about NASA Glenn's role in powering the International Space Station.
