Press Conference, Legislative - Women Democratic Legislators Address Gender Pay Disparity
Rep. Connie Pillich and Rep. Sandra Williams discuss the Women Democratic Legislators movement, which proposes a Fair Pay Act for Ohio that addresses gender pay disparity. It will ensure women the right to legally pursue discriminatory wage practices when unfair conditions exist. They discuss their efforts to call upon companies to examine their own pay equality policies.
