Senators Nina Turner (D-Cleveland) and Capri Cafaro (D-Hubbard) host a press conference on the first day of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, at the Ohio Statehouse to call for additional hearings of Senate Bill 83, which would remove Ohio's 20-year statute of limitations for the prosecution of rape and sexual battery. Katie Hanna, Executive Director of the Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence, also speaks at the event.
