Senator Capri S. Cafaro (D-Hubbard) holds a news conference at the Ohio Statehouse to announce new legislation to expand Medicaid in Ohio. The legislation-which includes input from recent bipartisan discussions-would enable 275,000 Ohioans to gain access to healthcare coverage.
