Press Conference - 3-22-2023 - Discussing Legislation to Provide Medicaid Coverage for Doula Services
COLUMBUS - State Senators Paula Hicks-Hudson (D-Toledo) and Michele Reynolds (R-Canal Winchester) and state Representatives Latyna Humphrey (D-Columbus) and Andrea White (R-Kettering) will hold a press conference on Wednesday, March 22 at 1:30 p.m. in the Harding Senate Briefing Room to discuss the introduction of legislation allowing Medicaid to reimburse for doula services and other legislative efforts to strengthen families in Ohio. Stakeholders from across the state who support the legislation will join the members, such as members of state health agencies and doula organizations around Ohio.
