Ohio Military Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony - 9-24-2021

The Class of 2021 Induction Ceremony has 15 Veterans being inducted into the Ohio Military Hall of Fame, eight of which are being inducted posthumously. All received Medals while in the Military (Medal of Honor, Silver Star, Distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star for Valor or Commendation Medal for Valor). This is Ohio's way of recognizing them for their bravery and service to our County and State.

Governor Mike DeWine and Maj. Gen. (Retired) Deborah Ashenhurst, Director of the Ohio Department of Veterans Services, will present the Ohio Medal of Valor to each of the recipients.

Chaplain, Major Thomas Whiteman¿ of the 121st Air Refueling Wing gives the Invocation and the Benediction

Colonel Danny Bubp, Former State Representative¿ and USMCR Retired¿ Ted Mosure ¿of the OMHOF Board of Directors present the Reading of Citations
