In this segment, Vicky Bartlett, the president and CEO of Sunset Retirement Communities in Toledo, elaborates on person-centered care and how successful it can be.

By giving their residents a voice and then listening to what they have to say, many nursing homes have taken steps to not only improve quality of life of the resident, but also their family members. Micki Horst, whose brother-in-law resides in a nursing home, joins the show to discuss this important topic.
