Segment 1: Millions of Americans now have Alzheimer's Disease or another form of dementia and early onset is on the rise. A diagnosis of dementia doesn't have to be the beginning of the end, but it should be an opportunity to plan for the future if you haven't already devised a long term health plan. Salli Bollin, the Executive Director of the Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, and Heather Menne, a research scientist with the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging, join the show to tell us more about Alzheimer's Disease and what we can do to take control of the situation as a patient or caregiver.
