Dr. Karen Jaffe is a well known OB/GYN at University Hospitals. In 2008, she was diagnosed with early-onset Parkinson's Disease. A married mother of 3 teenage girls, she is currently working with the Michael J. Fox Foundation to raise awareness, and money, about the disease.

In order to support her journey, her husband, comedian Marc Jaffe, is participating in a landmark 5-year clinical study, the Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative, aiming to iidentify biomarkers of Parkinson's Disease.
