Ohio's first mass COVID-19 vaccination site is up and running. The state-run, federally supported Community Vaccination Center at Cleveland State University is manned by a team of about 600 Ohio National Guard and active-duty service members, as well as personnel from local, state and federal agencies. Ohio Air National Guard Brig. Gen. Rebecca O'Connor, the dual status commander in charge, talks about the mission of the vaccination center and the importance of the collaborative effort.
