Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine, State Senator Shannon Jones (R-Springboro), State and Representative Dorothy Pelanda (R-Marysville) unveil legislation that creates a Ward's Bill of Rights and introduce a new guidebook on guardianship created by the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Accompanied by Judge Thomas A. Swift, Trumbull County Probate Court and Judge Kenneth Spicer, President of the Ohio Association of Probate Judges.
