We profile world-renowned drummer/percussionist Jamey Haddad. Since 1991 Jamey has performed in the working bands of Dave Liebman, Joe Lovano and Paul Simon. Haddad designs many of the unique percussion instruments that he plays. Dan Polletta recently sat down with Jamey at his house in Cleveland Heights for a one on one interview. Jamey shared many stories about growing up, what brought him back to Northeast Ohio, his career in music, teaching and played some of the unusual instruments that he performs with.
