The 30th Annual Cleveland International Film Festival kicks off tonight (and runs through March 26). CIFF artistic director Bill Guentzler provides a preview of the festivities and some of the films. Then, local writer/actor/director David Hansen performs a scene from his award-winning one-man play "I Hate This."
