Ohio hadn't seen much winter weather when Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow and declared six more weeks of winter at the beginning of February. We still haven't seen the winter, and some wonder if it will ever come. On this hour of "All Sides," we'll talk about Ohio's mild winter weather and what to look for in the spring.
