Description
Individual artist grants called, "Creative Workforce Fellowships," funded by cigarette tax money in Cuyahoga County, have gone to further the work of artists who are deserving, creative, and, most of the time, white. Critcs say that has to change and Cuyahoga Arts and Culture, the agency that distributes these grants, is listening. Big changes are coming. A task force presented the CAC board with recommendations last week. Plus, an update on tax reform as Congressional Republicans race to get a bill on President Trump's desk before Christmas. And later, our weekly statehouse update.

Guests:
-Stephen Koff, Washington Bureau Chief, Cleveland.com
-Karen Gahl-Mills, CEO, Executive Director, Cuyahoga Arts and Culture
-Vincent Robinson, Member, Support for Artists Planning Team, Larchmere Arts
-Kevin "Mr. Soul" Harp, Member, Support for Artists Planning Team
-Karen Kasler, Ohio Statehouse News Bureau Chief
