Sticker shock is hitting some cell phone customers nationwide. They are opening their bills to find that the amount of the data they supposedly used has jumped dramatically. Some of the bills are for hundreds even thousands more than their usual monthly bill. Customers insist that the data usage ballooned without any changes in their cell phone use. Then, Team Cleveland checks in before heading to the "Cybathalon."
