On this International Women's Day, we'll launch the show by meeting two high-ranking female leaders in Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb's new administration, who will be taking part in a "Designing Cities for Women" panel today, put together by the city.

The conversation, discussing a blueprint for equity in urban planning and policy, will feature Joyce Pan Huang, Director of City Planning, Sonya Pryor Jones, Chief of Youth and Family Success, Sally Martin, Director of Building and Housing, and Alyssa Hernandez, Director of Community Development.

We'll also highlight the Hitchcock Center for Women, the only residential treatment program focused on women in Cuyahoga County, and one of the rare centers that allows women to bring their children with them, during their stays.

Then, we'll hear how the Canton Symphony Orchestra is becoming a more welcoming place for composers of color.
