Early voting for the March 6 primary is underway in all 88 counties running through March 2. A transportation agency panel has voted unanimously to push back some major road work projects for years - and in some cases, decades - because there isn't enough money to finish them. But this vote isn't the final word on the issue, because the agency has opened a 45-day written comment period. ODOT director Jerry Wray defends the decision to delay some projects, while House Minority Leader Armond Budish (D-Beachwood) says he wants more information about how ODOT spends its money and that he's concerned that it's a setup to lease the Ohio Turnpike.
