In a historic primary election Tuesday, Cuyahoga County voters are narrowing the field of candidates vying to serve in a brand new form of government that was prompted, in part, by corruption in the old system. And as November's state and federal races draw nearer, Republicans are savoring polls showing Ohio may help them regain control of the House. Meanwhile, the President makes Ohio his favorite state to rally Democrats and to push another stimulus program.
