COLUMBUS - State Representative Andrea White (R-Kettering) will host a press conference with representatives from the Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center, survivors, victim advocates and prosecutors to highlight tools, resources and procedures available for victims and partners in the criminal justice system as House Bill 343 will go into effect Thursday.

Signed into law by Governor Mike DeWine earlier this year, HB 343 ensures every crime victim in Ohio, no matter where they live, is empowered to use their Marsy's Law constitutional rights in the criminal justice system.
