State Senators and Co-Chairs of the Black Maternal Health Caucus Paula Hicks-Hudson (D-Toledo) and Catherine D. Ingram (D-Cincinnati) discuss the Black Maternal Health Summit.

The inaugural Black Maternal Health Summit took place Tuesday, April 15, at the Ohio Chamber of Commerce from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and brought together individuals, organizations, and advocates from across the state. It featured informative sessions on how to connect providers and advocates with representatives and engage in meaningful advocacy for Black maternal health.
