Description

The Ohio Women's Hall of Fame was established in 1978 to publicly recognize the many outstanding contributions Ohio women have made to our state and nation.

The Governor's Office for Women's Initiatives and Outreach presented the 2010 induction ceremony on August 26, 2010 at the Ohio Statehouse. Presiding were First Lady Frances Strickland and Sharon Howard, Director of Marketing and Communications at the Dayton Development Coalition, and a 2009 Ohio Women's Hall of Fame Inductee.
