The Ohio Constitutional Modernization Commission met at the Ohio statehouse with
Co-chair Sen. Charleta Tavares and Co-chair Rep. Ron Amstutz leading the meeting.

A change to the Rules of Procedure and Conduct was proposed to Rule 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6 dealing with the number and title of standing committees was presented by Mark Wagoner.

An update on Preparation of Joint Resolutions by Legislative Service Commission Based on Reports and Recommendations Issued by the Ohio Constitutional Modernization Commission was given by Executive Director Steven C. Hollon.
