Governor Kasich attends the third Executive Workforce Board Meeting and signs Executive Order 2013-05K which requires that military training and education be taken into account by state boards and commissions when issuing occupational certifications and licensing and that the Board of Regents work with the University System of Ohio to award college credit for military training and education.
