Ohio Governor Mike DeWine will welcome U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins to Darke County to meet with producers at two area farms.
This visit will focus on Ohio's response to Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) and how the virus has affected Ohio poultry farmers. HPAI cases are now trending downward, but the virus has infected 76 premises in Ohio since the end of December.
