This legislation creates a new single identity for Ohio's network of job centers and links Ohioans receiving unemployment benefits with a job database. House Bill No. 1 renames all one-stop offices to include "Ohio Means Jobs" and the county name. House Bill No. 2 requires applicants to register with "Ohio Means Jobs" in order to receive unemployment benefits which will link them with the jobs database.
