Gov. John Kasich, joined by community and state officials, signs House Bill No. 483 into law at the Kroger Community Pantry located at the Mid-Ohio Foodbank in Grove City, Ohio.

House Bill 483 is one of several pieces of legislation to be signed into law as a part of Gov. Kasich's Mid-Biennium Review package. In addition to increasing the Earned Income Tax Credit, the bill also expands treatment and support for Ohioans with mental illness and addiction.
