Governor John Kasich

Description
Gov. John Kasich and Ohio Dept. of Taxation Commissioner Joe Testa begin to return more than $13 million to 3,500 Ohio businesses that unknowingly overpaid their Commercial Activity Tax. These refunds are the first resulting from a new policy that notifies a business taxpayer when they've made an overpayment and helps them with the process of reclaiming their money.

Governor Kasich and Commissioner Testa present checks to the following:

Debra Vagedes, Treasurer of Consolidated Millwork Supply

David Martin, President of Bluegrass Farms of Ohio, Inc.

Joyce Stapleton, Practice Manager of Pulmonary & Critical Care Consultants
