The Ohio Benefit Bank, administered by the Ohio Association of Second Harvest Foodbanks, focuses on connecting Ohioans with their FULL tax refunds and believes that no one should have to fight to keep the money they have earned. Segment 2: Every February, the First Lady of Ohio and the Ohio Department of Aging celebrate Ohio couples for their dedication to marriage and volunteerism at the annual Joined Hearts in Giving event at the governor's residence. Held in observance of Valentine's Day, Joined Hearts in Giving honors Ohioans at least 60 years old who have been married 40 years or longer and who share a commitment to volunteerism. The countless hours and hard work they generously give, along with their commitment to each other is a model we can all take to heart. In this segment, Richard and Annette Rush of Grove City discuss their 50 years of marriage and more than 20 years of volunteering together.
