Adrine, and Lakewood Municipal Court Judge Patrick Carroll. The discussion was centered on fines, fees and bails.
Chief Justice Maureen O'Connor stated "Our intent was to explain the problem to expose the issues and to assure people who are concerned about this that we are on it, we are working on this. We number one recognize it and that it has to be a change and we will find the answers and make those changes happen."
The live studio audience included community leaders, legal professionals, and local citizens. The forum completes a 3 part series entitled Courting Justice which included panels from Los Angles, California and Little Rock, Arkansas.
"I think that Ohio is ah ahead of the curve on how we are at addressing these issues " added O'Connor.
