Selfies are everywhere and that's become a problem.

The self-portrait photographs have led to nearly 400 deaths since 2008. The fun photos have gone terribly wrong on mountain cliffs, in front of wild animals, with dangerous weapons or in other risky situations. Some Spanish researchers call it a public health issue.

We explore the dangers behind selfies, the role TikTok is playing to fill in the gaps where traditional sex education is lacking and the hazards of overusing sleep aid supplement, melatonin.
