Description
10:00: Are public colleges and universities really "public" when states contribute a smaller and smaller fraction of the funding? We'll talk about access to public education as tuition rises, with Delta Cost Project Executive Director Jane Wellman, and OSU Undergraduate Student Government President Micah Kamrass.

10:40: Ted Williams put homelessness back in the news, but how many homeless people really live in Columbus? We'll talk to two students from OSU's College of Social Work who volunteered to count the homeless on Tuesday, with graduate student Dave Simmons and undergraduate senior Tiffany Hart.
