President Biden, in an address this morning on the anniversary of the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, warned that democracy is at risk.

His speech kicked off a day of commemoration. One year ago, thousands of pro-Trump supporters breached the Capitol in a failed attempt to stop the vote certifying Joe Biden as the 46th president.
