According to the CDC, about one in six American children have one or more developmental disabilities. These conditions can impair speech, learning, language and behavior. Caring for these youth can be expensive and time-consuming, and many families in Ohio who have children affected by a developmental disability don't have access to the resources they need. Today we'll talk about what is being done in Ohio to serve children with developmental disabilities and the challenges their families face accessing resources.
