The State of Ohio - State Budget; Dancers for Democracy

The governor's veto goes to court, as lawyers for lawmakers argue against the Attorney General.

Divided government may not be so divisive after all - the House budget passes on a historic vote. Representatives praise the budget and pass it unanimously for the first time since 1955.

The smoking ban is now in force, and state budget director Pari Sabety says it will mean fewer smokers. But the executive director of the Ohio Tobacco Prevention Foundation, Mike Renner, says that's no reason to cut its funding.

And a group of strippers calling themselves Dancers for Democracy get ready for a showdown with supporters of a crackdown on strip clubs. Chairwoman Charity Fickisen says the bill will cost dancers their jobs because clubs will close down, but Barry Sheets with Citizens for Community Values says the new rules are constitutional and will help fight crime.
