HEADLINES: 66,000 more are at risk of identity theft. AG Marc Dann to sue two failing Dayton-area charter schools. Foreclosure Prevention Task Force sends recommendations to governor.

SEGMENT 1: Ohio Congressman Paul Gillmor was remembered in a historic ceremony at the Statehouse, which brought out hundreds of mourners from around the state and across the country to remember his service to the nation and to Ohio. State Senator Randy Gardner, Gov. Ted Strickland, Senator Bill Harris, U.S. Senator George Voinovich, US Rep. John Boehner, US Rep. Marcy Kaptur and Karen Gillmor all spoke at the service. Gillmor is only the 7th person ever to lie in state at the Statehouse. Others include Governors James Campbell and Jim Rhodes, Vern Riffe, the longest serving speaker of the Ohio House, and President Abraham Lincoln.

SEGMENT 2: Many people outside Gillmor's district didn't know much about him, and he'd been out of Statehouse politics for two decades. Statehouse veteran reporters Bill Cohen from Ohio Public Radio and Television and Lee Leonard, who's retired from the Columbus Dispatch, look back on Gillmor's 22 years in the Ohio Senate.
