Did you know that heart disease is the No. 1 cause of death in men & women, greater than the next five causes of death combined? According to estimates by the American Heart Association, more than 64 million Americans have one or more forms of cardiovascular disease. But there are plenty of things we can do to keep our hearts healthy and happy. Dr. Paul Zeeb, a board member of the AHA, tells us how we can have a healthy heart.

Perspectives on dating and love later in life. Donna & Andy Halatek share their story of meeting in a retirement community. And Ruth McCully, a web-savvy seniors, tells us of her experiences with online dating.
